Sign In Help

If you're having problems signing in:

  • Try again. As you enter your email address and password, verify that you're typing correctly. Your email address and password are case-sensitive, so make sure the CAPS LOCK key on your keyboard is off.

  • If you've forgotten your password, click the My Account link at the top of your screen, and then click I forgot my password. You will be asked for some information to verify your identity. Once verified, you will be able to create a new password. If you've recently changed your password, it can take up to 20 minutes for it to reset in our system.

  • Close your Web browser and open it again. Type start.earthlink.net into the Address or Location bar and press ENTER or RETURN. Try to sign in again.

  • If you're still having problems, make sure your Web browser is set to accept cookies. In order for your myEarthLink page to "remember" who you are and deliver you all your customized information and services, we must put a cookie (a small test file that stores your preferences) in your browser. You will not be able to sign in to myEarthLink if your browser is not configured to accept cookies automatically (or alert you before accepting one).

To change your Web browser's cookie settings, do the following:

    Internet Explorer (Windows) users:
